Enquiries

When you click Send enquiry, your name, email address, business, workflow and selected preferences are sent securely through a Netlify server function and Twilio SendGrid to km@kitmobley.com. Kit Mobley Inc uses this information to respond to your request and discuss the work. These providers process the submission to host the service and deliver the email, potentially outside your country. The website does not maintain a separate enquiry database. The message remains in our email system for handling your enquiry and any resulting business relationship. To ask about or request deletion of your enquiry, email km@kitmobley.com. You can also contact that address directly using your email provider.

Local preferences

The website may save your selected display currency and comparison shortlist in your browser’s local storage. It does not save your enquiry fields there. Clearing site data in your browser removes these preferences.

The CRM finder and branding preview run in your browser. Choosing an enquiry link places those preferences in the contact-page URL, which can appear in browser history and hosting logs. You can edit or remove them before sending your enquiry.

Analytics and hosting

On the production website, we use Google Analytics 4 only after you choose Allow analytics. It helps Kit Mobley Inc understand visits, devices and general usage. Google may process this information on servers outside your country. Advertising storage and advertising personalization are disabled in our configuration. You can decline without losing access, or change your choice using Analytics preferences at the bottom of the page. Your choice is remembered on this device for up to 180 days. Declining later stops analytics on this site and clears accessible Google Analytics cookies; it does not delete information already received by Google.

Our page-view events exclude URL query strings and fragments. We do not load Google Analytics on the enquiry page, editable CRM demos or development previews, and do not send enquiry text or branding preferences as analytics event parameters. Google receives connection information when its tag loads after consent. A hosting provider may also process standard connection logs when serving the website.

Examples and illustrations

Workflow examples use fictional records. Concept images and actual limited pilot captures are labelled. Product visuals show interactive interface concepts with fictional records. The earlier limited charter pilot capture is linked separately. Interactive demos keep edits in tab memory and discard them on reload; no demo records are sent to a backend. None is presented as a customer testimonial or verified commercial result.
