What is WhiteCRMs?
WhiteCRMs offers specialist CRM and operations software implementations for international businesses. Choose from fourteen starting workflows or commission a 100% custom CRM. The final features, integrations and acceptance criteria are defined in your proposal.
Can the CRM use my business name and branding?
Yes. White-label projects can include your name, colours and domain. Resale rights, source-code ownership, customer environments and support responsibilities must be agreed separately; they are not automatically included.
Is pricing one-time, quarterly or yearly?
One-time licence and standard setup packages are the default. Quarterly and yearly managed-service alternatives are available. USD is the default display currency, with separate GBP regional prices. Recurring plans add setup once; all prices are indicative and taxes and custom work are additional.
Does a one-time fee include lifetime hosting and support?
No. It covers the agreed software edition and standard implementation scope. Hosting, maintenance, future upgrades, custom development and third-party usage are separately scoped.
Are the screenshots and demos real customer systems?
The interactive demos use fictional records and illustrate possible interfaces and workflows. They are not customer testimonials or production acceptance evidence. Demo changes stay in the current browser tab and reset on reload.
Can you build a completely custom CRM?

How do I request a quote?
Submit the contact form to send your enquiry to Kit Mobley, or email km@kitmobley.com directly. We will reply to discuss fit and scope. The website does not take payment or book a meeting automatically.
How long does implementation take?
Delivery dates depend on the agreed edition, migration, integrations, custom work and acceptance testing. A schedule is confirmed in the proposal after those dependencies are understood; the demo is not a delivery-time guarantee.
